What Do We Tutor?

At Teacher2Tutor we offer in-person and virtual tutoring and homeschool support in all subject areas including Orton Gillingham and dyslexia tutoring.

Each child will begin their journey at Teacher2Tutor with a detailed assessment that will help our educators create an individualized plan for learning, we do not use any scripted programs here!

We offer tutoring that is customized to fit your child’s needs.

Tutoring sessions can be 1-1 or small group. In-person (Geneva-Batavia-St. Charles, IL area) or virtual.

About Our Tutors

Reading can be fun!

In this activity students were reading decodable sentences using a variety of fun and engaging tools.

Reading/Math

Our experienced elementary and middle grade tutors are prepared to develop learning plans that are tailored to your child’s strengths and areas of need in a fun and engaging way. Sessions are offered one-on-one or in small group settings.

Orton Gillingham/Dyslexia

Orton Gillingham tutoring is a structured, multi-sensory approach to teaching reading. This method of reading instruction is beneficial for students who are struggling with decoding, fluency, and writing. It is highly effective in supporting students with dyslexia. Sessions are taught by certified Orton Gillingham tutors.

Educational Therapy

Educational Therapy involves teaching content while also teaching perceptual and cognitive functions such as planning, reasoning, focus, recall and more. Sessions are offered virtually with a certified Educational Therapist.
